Some videos are repetitive, however sometimes they complement each other too. The bot interaction at the end of the course, leading us to exercise the knowledge that was presented and asking question in order to make us really practice the tips and use the RASE strategy is brilliant!! It made more confident to start to implement and use the techniques in my work space. I highly recommend this course for those who want/need to develop their communication skills quickly and effectively.
