It's okay but within the first module they try to sell you a book. The videos are designed to follow along with their book, so this feels like a sales pitch for their book, not an actual course designed to help you. I'm sure the book is great but I already paid for Coursera, I don't want to keep sinking money into materials that could be outdated because this industry moves so fast.

The was challenging as a begginer however , i managed to pass it and got my certificate, the problem is i can continue to start 2/3 modules of IT Fundamentals and Hardware Essentials.i have applied for the finacial aid for IT Fundamentals and Hardware Essentials but it is asking me to purchase a voucher, i have deadlines .Can someone please help

Some of the dialogues and videos don't cross reference making it sometimes difficult to answer the questions. The videos don't really prepare and help you answer questions. The video's just helps you learn a bit about what to expect. Not helping you critically think about certain situations.

Not very impressed. Much of this is very entry level. The instructors come across like game show hosts, and a lot of product placement or pitching other vendors. Also, it is difficult to follow your course curriculum. Ill finish it out and try another CompTIA A+ as I dont want to risk taking the exam not fully prepared.
